All JogFit training sessions involve both strength and cardiovascular work. We incorporate a great number of stretches, exercises, games and jogging/running

We like to keep the sessions varied so that they are interesting. There is nothing worse than attempting to do the same week after week. This leads to staleness in both the participants and the trainers. Variety is one of the most important points in our training that keeps people coming.

Although the outline of the session is similar you will find that the trainers make use of the particular open space being used. It’s not like a gym where there are four walls and certain pieces of equipment. This creates boundaries.

In the outdoors everything is more fluid. Use is made of trees, a boundary of a hedgerow, gentle bankings, wooded areas, park benches. Trainers can be quite creative when taking these items into account!
